Perfect Tax Relief - These guys took 6750.00, and they have done nothing with our taxes.
Both our IRS and Franchise taxes are a mess, all "perfect tax relief" has done is take our money. We are just getting more taxes tacked on. They are collecting a boatload of money from us, they asked for 17k to do nothing!! Please file complaints, so you can warn future victims of this total scam!!!

Not helping with Tax Issue . just taking my money.

so far I have paid them $500 a month for 9 months, they have done nothing other then try to set up a payment plan , I still have a wage garnishment, and tax lien. they stated they can not get the wage garnishment removed. and they have not done anything to show me that my total amount due can be decreased. I am not happy , I was also told I can not fire them... uh I hired them not the other away around.

Absolutely agree with this consumer. I got the same run around with them.

Going 2 years and things just got from bad to worst and all the time they kept making excuses after excuses.

I should have gone ahead and pay the IRS installments, I would be almost done paying that off by now. BUYER BEWARE!!

Promised me to settled with the IRS for pennies on the dollar as their commercials advertise. After a year of little communication, they made an 'arrangement' of a monthly payment of over $700 for several years until $28,000 was paid off. I called the IRS and could do the same in ten minutes..... what exactly did my $3,500 (which I really couldn't afford at the time) go, and why did it take them a year to make the same arrangement I could of done day one in five minutes??!!!! Why do you get to steal $3500 from me for that????

You have done NOTHING to help my case. My person Steve wanted all this paper work. I sent it to him last year. Still nothing until he called me in only to see about my insurance policy. When I ask him after I gave him the information I asked how much longer. Then he said well we have to go over all you paper work. So since I signed up you have taken 291 dollars a month. When I called your service I told the women I had another question beside tax she hung up. You I better get a text or friendly person and all my money I will be reporting this company I am going to make a report to the Better Busness office Druscilla Bridges 803477**** bridgesdruscilla@***.com

Additional Details: The initial robo call was from (619) 369.4003, and then I was transferred from the Resolution Center - Client Services to Perfect Tax Relief, I asked for Mr. Kennedy's phone number he gave me this number (323) 454.3910.

Someone machine robo-dailed me, and put me through to Mark Kennedy at Perfect Tax Relief. I answered all his questions, he was very belligerent, rude, and offensive behavior, and accused me of not answering questions and not wanting help. I repeatedly asked him for examples of questions I did not answer. He refused to give me an example, he only continued to harass me. I doubt the authenticity of services offered or otherwise. Certainly, this was not worth either of our time. He said if you needed knee surgery on Friday and needed $15,000 you would find it. I told him I was broke and I wouldn't be able to get the surgery because I don't have $15,000. I said I was unemployed and on disability. He was persistent that I would need to find the money. I asked him if he wanted me to rob a bank? I had been looking for employment and was unsuccessful and my doctor said I could not work due to my disability. After that he hung up on me finally. I should have hung up immediately after enduring the first 5 minutes of his belligerent, rude, and offensive behavior.

We hired Perfect Tax Relief because I was getting certified letters from the IRS and from New York (I used to live in NY state) threatening to seize my bank accounts and to contact my employer! Andrew told me it was going to take 6 months before it was all taken care of. Took them a couple of weeks to stop the letters and another 3 or 4 months to get a deal for me. Nice surprise for me an my wife. Joe and Vanessa always called us back when we had questions. We chose them because they were on the BBB website with an A rating. We're glad we did.

I was audited by IRS for 14k and got contacted by perfect tax relief to help me to fix the problem. At the beginning they were nice until I pay them $4000 and they didn't not do anything to fix it withing 6 years!!! I had To pay another person only $600 who is not even a lawyer but knows all the steps until I end up paying $1200. They just rip of!!!

Do not trust them when you first call them they are so helpful telling you anything just call. Once they have your POA, it's over they do call the IRS for you but just to make a payment arrangement they do not stop any warrant garnishing or anything else. they do how ever take your money bank , what they do you can do yourself Irs is always wiling to make arrangements. PLEASE do not give them your bank account information. All they did was get another 2500 (their fee) added to my bill. they will try to get you to give Power of Attorney do not do this. Do not sign anything they fax or email you.
